ALL KIT HOMES offers all types of homes and designs. They are NOT mobile, modular, or "prefab" homes. They are what are known as "open panel construction." Systematically preformed Kit Home.
We are your national and international distributor of these fine homes. When a conventional builder "stick-builds" a home, they build the wall sections on the ground, then lift them into position. At All Kit Homes, the homes are built the same way. The difference is, the walls are constructed in their factory using steel jigs and hydraulic presses to ensure the square shape, then shipped with completed walls to your job site where they are lifted into position by you or your builder the same as a conventional house.
All Kit Homes differs from other homes. They are basically the same as any contractor but well constructed homes using high quality materials in a factory controlled environment, with no tolerance for error. This revision allows simple and fast erection, thus reducing the site costs.
All of the homes are constructed of the same top-quality, premium grade materials used in other, higher priced custom-built homes, kiln-dried studs, 2"X10" structural headers, roof and floor trusses, thermo pane windows, insulated doors, and select-grade wood siding. All materials are stored under cover, and they are protected
from the elements. Construction of all units in a controlled environment assures top quality.
You can build a kit home anywhere you build a conventional style home:

- In the mountains
All Kit Homes are very cost efficient. There are four reasons, they include:
1. Each unit is constructed in a controlled environment, homes are assured a great level of quality control. This construction technique also eliminates the cost of on-site theft and vandalism.
2. Bulk purchasing abilities enable us to reduce our costs and pass the savings on to you. Costs are further reduced because there are no wasted materials, as on conventional job-sites.
3. Purchasing a totally pre-constructed package significantly cuts exaggerated local labor costs and reduces the time required for completion. This lowers construction loan costs and allows the home to be sold (or moved into) more quickly.
4. Hand built items cannot logically compete cost wise with assemble line style items. The more time saved the more dollars saved. Time is money. More the home that is factory constructed, the less local labor, which is cost prohibitive in some areas.
All Kit Homes provides a complete exterior package. Rough framing for the interior and exterior is shipped in pre-engineered wall sections with 2X4 studs @ 16 inches O.C. and dry wall blocking. These wall sections are complete with wood sheathing, windows and exterior doors. The package also includes roof trusses, fasteners, bracing, and 5/8 roof decking, felt and overhang systems. These items may be changed at your request.
Your Local contractors of your choice will erect the home package, utilizing local subcontractors for the electrical, plumbing, HVAC services, etc..
The exterior can be completed with any of today's masonry or wood products, from brick to Western Red Cedar. The drafting service has many architecturally designed spacious floor plans available. A custom plan service is also available.
There is an abundant amount of plans for residential and commercial applications. We can use your plans or a custom plan.
All Kit Homes can be built as duplexes, condominiums, apartments, offices, etc. Our normal delivery time is four to six weeks after receipt of bona fide fund verification. This allows sufficient time to prepare the home site and have the foundation ready when your package arrives.
Getting your home package erected is simple. Depending on the size, You or a local construction crew should be able to erect a kit home package in five to seven days. All Kit Homes has blueprint service and basic printed instructions

is the same as a conventional house.
Building cost varies from Coast to Coast. for ex; A home built in California could be double of the same house in Mississippi due to local labor, permit cost and the general fact, everything is higher. The greatest thing about our panelized homes is that the price remains the same regardless of where you live.
The estimated savings are between 20% to 40% less than Conventional Construction. All Kit Homes can be financed through the same lending sources used for other homes. Local lending institutions look favorably upon financing a home kit because of their quality craftsmanship, design appeal, energy efficiency and value.
All Kit Homes will ship any where in the free world. We can use over the road truck, piggyback rail, or containerize for OVERSEAS. All Kit Homes offers the greater savings for the customer.
Obviously, quality craftsmanship, energy efficient and reduced per square foot cost are major factors. However, today consumers demand something more than dull, rectangular living modules. They demand contemporary design, eye appeal, and luxury. We are proud to say that these kit homes not only meets this demand but also exceed these requirements.
A non-refundable $5,000 deposit, which fully applies toward the down payment and purchase of any model from All Kit Homes is required. There are no hidden fees.
